アオイハナ

老夫婦のための終の棲家である。自宅で不自由なく暮らし続けたいという希望を実現するために、歳を重ねることが苦にならない居住環境を目指した。高齢者を対象に、脳科学や身体運動など機能評価と心理評価の両面から研究を進めている。
研究で得られた知見を基礎データとしながら、下記の４つの指針を提示し、老夫婦の個別解に対応させデザインした。
（１）操光と照明環境の調和
（２）インテリアのゾーン化
（３）機能のユーモア化
（４）素材と色彩による演出
「アオイハナ」は、機能と性能と共に感性を刺激する仕掛けを施せないだろうかという視点で設計した。高齢者が歳を重ねても住み続けられる住宅の実現と普及を目指している。/p>

“Aoihana” is a house designed as a final home for an elderly couple. We designed the house to realize their wish to live in their own house without trouble by providing comfortable environment as they get older. We investigate the relationship between brain science, human engineering and psychology for elderly people.
The basic data obtained by the research prompted us to propose the following four concepts:
1)harmonizing daylight with lighting environment.
2) zone-izing of interior.
3) humor-izing of function.
4) producing of living space using materials and colors.
The purpose of “Aoihana” is to realize the concept of the living environment for elderly people to keep living for a longer time by the stimulating the sensitivity and improving the function and performance.
