All original articles, reviews, and research reports submitted on and after April 1st 2016 will be published online only. Reprints will no longer be printed. You can download papers from the journal website free of charge. Submission and publication fees will be revised as follows:

Submission Fee: 0 Japanese Yen

Publication Fee: 40,000 Japanese Yen (flat rate regardless of the number of pages)
